| Descripción de la oferta: | Carotenoid Technologies, S.A. (www.carotech.biz), multinational company active in 60 countries specialized in ingredients for the feed industry, is looking for an International Key Account Manager, responsible for the sales and management to northern European and Russian distributors and final clients. The successful candidate has at least 3 years sales experience of feed ingredients. We offer an exciting opportunity in a fast growing company as well as professional development. Functions: Maintain, develop and grow the client portfolio to increase revenues from the region. Oriented towards rapidly increasing sales and profitability. Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims. Definition of objectives: development of markets, budget and monitor results. Motivate and work through a network of multinational and national high level distribution partners. Communicate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships |

| Requisitos mínimos: | Three years (international) sales experience of feed ingredients Fluent in English Availability to travel internationally (50% of time) Experience in working through a network of distributors Used to work on an international level, with international negotiation skills. Culturally sensitive. Ability to create trust with the client and within the CaroTech organization. Oriented towards quantitative results. Able to work autonomously. Able to be successful in a stressing environment. Not easily frustrated. Basis in Tarragona. |
